Known for her tenacious advocacy and compassionate client approach, Amanda has successfully secured numerous six-figure pre-litigation settlements, helping clients obtain justice without the delay and uncertainty of court proceedings.
Throughout her career, Amanda has focused her recent years on personal injury law, representing victims of car accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, and other forms of negligence. Amanda earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Rhode Island with a concentration in Communication and Business Administration. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts, where she honed her skills in trial advocacy, negotiation, and client-centered representation.
Amanda is licensed to practice in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts and is deeply familiar with the unique procedural and legal nuances of each jurisdiction. Nelson Robles, Esq. is a founding partner of Corrao & Robles LLC and a zealous advocate for members of our United States Military facing criminal charges and defending soldiers charged in court-martial matters. As a member of the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps (JAG), Nelson has successfully defended numerous service members wrongfully accused of criminal conduct, earning a reputation as a zealous and principled advocate for justice.
Known for his meticulous preparation, courtroom presence, and client-focused representation, Nelson has successfully navigated complex trial matters and high-stakes litigation throughout his career. Whether representing service members facing military prosecution or clients charged in civilian courts, he brings integrity, tenacity, and a relentless commitment to protecting individual rights.
A graduate of the University of Rhode Island, Nelson went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School, where he honed his trial advocacy skills through rigorous coursework and active participation in the Defense Clinic. This formative experience solidified his passion for litigation and defending the rights of the accused.
Nelson is a decorated U.S. Army JAG Captain who served with distinction in support of our nation’s military. During his service, Nelson has earned several prestigious awards and decorations, including the Joint Service Commendation Medal, Army Commendation Medal, National Defense Service Medal, and Overseas Service Ribbon. He successfully completed rigorous military training, including the Military Trial Advocacy Course, Judge Advocate Officer Course, and the Complex Victim Unit (CVU) Course. His experience as military defense counsel gives him a deep understanding of military justice and courtroom strategy, which he now brings to his civilian legal practice with unwavering dedication.
Nelson is licensed to practice law in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and before federal courts. His legal acumen spans both civilian and military justice systems, with particular experience in defending court-martial proceedings, Article 15 hearings, and other Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) actions.
